Sura 79: AN-NAZIAT (THOSE WHO DRAG FORTH) - Juz' 30 - Translation Pickthall
أَإِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا نَخِرَةً
﴿۱۱﴾
Even after we are crumbled bones? (11)
قَالُوا تِلْكَ إِذًا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌ
﴿۱۲﴾
They say: Then that would be a vain proceeding. (12)
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
﴿۱۳﴾
Surely it will need but one shout, (13)
فَإِذَا هُمْ بِالسَّاهِرَةِ
﴿۱۴﴾
And lo! they will be awakened. (14)
هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَى
﴿۱۵﴾
Hath there come unto thee the history of Moses? (15)
إِذْ نَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى
﴿۱۶﴾
How his Lord called him in the holy vale of Tuwa, (16)
اذْهَبْ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَى
﴿۱۷﴾
(Saying:) Go thou unto Pharaoh - Lo! he hath rebelled - (17)
فَقُلْ هَلْ لَكَ إِلَى أَنْ تَزَكَّى
﴿۱۸﴾
And say (unto him): Hast thou (will) to grow (in grace)? (18)
وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَى
﴿۱۹﴾
Then I will guide thee to thy Lord and thou shalt fear (Him). (19)
فَأَرَاهُ الْآيَةَ الْكُبْرَى
﴿۲۰﴾
And he showed him the tremendous token. (20)
