هَذَا يَوْمُ لَا يَنْطِقُونَ
﴿۳۵﴾
This is the Day they shall not speak, (35)
وَلَا يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ
﴿۳۶﴾
nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. (36)
وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
﴿۳۷﴾
Woe on that Day to those who belied it! (37)
هَذَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ جَمَعْنَاكُمْ وَالْأَوَّلِينَ
﴿۳۸﴾
Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients. (38)
فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌ فَكِيدُونِ
﴿۳۹﴾
If you are cunning, then try your cunning against Me! (39)
وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
﴿۴۰﴾
Woe on that Day to those who belied it! (40)
إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلَالٍ وَعُيُونٍ
﴿۴۱﴾
Indeed, the cautious, shall live amid shades and fountains (41)
وَفَوَاكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
﴿۴۲﴾
and have such fruits as they desire. (42)
كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
﴿۴۳﴾
(It shall be said to them): 'Eat and drink, with a good appetite, for all that you did. ' (43)
إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
﴿۴۴﴾
As such We recompense those who did good. (44)
