Qarib: and Our armies shall be the victors.
Sarwar: and that Our army will be triumphant.
Shakir: And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones
Pickthall: And that Our host, they verily would be the victors.
Yusufali: And that Our forces,- they surely must conquer.
Qarib: So turn (away) from them for a while.
Sarwar: (Muhammad), stay away from them for a while
Shakir: Therefore turn away from them till a time,
Pickthall: So withdraw from them (O Muhammad) awhile,
Yusufali: So turn thou away from them for a little while,
Qarib: See them and soon they shall see.
Sarwar: and watch them. They, too, will watch.
Shakir: And (then) see them, so they too shall see
Pickthall: And watch, for they will (soon) see.
Yusufali: And watch them (how they fare), and they soon shall see (how thou farest)!
Qarib: What, do they seek to hasten Our punishment?
Sarwar: Do they want to suffer Our torment immediately?
Shakir: What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement?
Pickthall: Would they hasten on Our doom?
Yusufali: Do they wish (indeed) to hurry on our Punishment?
Qarib: When it descends upon their courtyards, evil will be the morning of those forewarned.
Sarwar: When it descends into their courtyard, it will be terrible for those who have already been warned.
Shakir: But when it shall descend in their court, evil shall then be the morning of the warned ones
Pickthall: But when it cometh home to them, then it will be a hapless morn for those who have been warned.
Yusufali: But when it descends into the open space before them, evil will be the morning for those who were warned (and heeded not)!
Qarib: So turn (away) from them for a while,
Sarwar: Stay away from them for a while
Shakir: And turn away from them till a time
Pickthall: Withdraw from them awhile
Yusufali: So turn thou away from them for a little while,
Qarib: and see, soon they shall see!
Sarwar: and watch. They, too, will watch.
Shakir: And (then) see, for they too shall see
Pickthall: And watch, for they will (soon) see.
Yusufali: And watch (how they fare) and they soon shall see (how thou farest)!
Qarib: Exaltations be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above that they describe!
Sarwar: Your Lord, the Lord of Honor, is too exalted to be considered as they describe Him.
Shakir: Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe
Pickthall: Glorified be thy Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him)
Yusufali: Glory to thy Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they ascribe (to Him)!
Qarib: Peace be on the Messengers.
