سوره 86: الطارق - جزء 30

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
به نام خداوند رحمتگر مهربان
وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ ﴿۱﴾
Qarib: By the sky, and by the nightly comer!
Sarwar: By the heavens and al-tariq.
Shakir: I swear by the heaven and the comer by night;
Pickthall: By the heaven and the Morning Star
Yusufali: By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein);-
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ ﴿۲﴾
Qarib: What could let you know what the nightly comer is!
Sarwar: Do you know what al-tariq is?
Shakir: And what will make you know what the comer by night is?
Pickthall: - Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is!
Yusufali: And what will explain to thee what the Night-Visitant is?-
النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ ﴿۳﴾
Qarib: (It is) the piercing star.
Sarwar: (It is a nightly radiant star).
Shakir: The star of piercing brightness;
Pickthall: - The piercing Star!
Yusufali: (It is) the Star of piercing brightness;-
إِنْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ ﴿۴﴾
Qarib: For every soul there is a watcher.
Sarwar: There is no soul which is not guarded (by the two angels who record all of its deeds).
Shakir: There is not a soul but over it is a keeper
Pickthall: No human soul but hath a guardian over it.
Yusufali: There is no soul but has a protector over it.
فَلْيَنْظُرِ الْإِنْسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ ﴿۵﴾
Qarib: Let the human reflect of what he is created.
Sarwar: Let the human being reflect that from what he has been created.
Shakir: So let man consider of what he is created:
Pickthall: So let man consider from what he is created.
Yusufali: Now let man but think from what he is created!
خُلِقَ مِنْ مَاءٍ دَافِقٍ ﴿۶﴾
Qarib: He was created from ejaculated water
Sarwar: He has been created from an ejected drop of fluid
Shakir: He is created of water pouring forth,
Pickthall: He is created from a gushing fluid
Yusufali: He is created from a drop emitted-
يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ ﴿۷﴾
Qarib: that issues from between the loins and the ribs.
Sarwar: which comes out of the loins and ribs.
Shakir: Coming from between the back and the ribs
Pickthall: That issued from between the loins and ribs.
Yusufali: Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs:
إِنَّهُ عَلَى رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ ﴿۸﴾
Qarib: Surely, He is Able to bring him back,
Sarwar: God has all power to resurrect him.
Shakir: Most surely He is able to return him (to life)
Pickthall: Lo! He verily is Able to return him (unto life)
Yusufali: Surely (Allah) is able to bring him back (to life)!
يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَائِرُ ﴿۹﴾
Qarib: on the Day when consciences are examined,
Sarwar: On the day when all secrets will be made public,
Shakir: On the day when hidden things shall be made manifest,
Pickthall: On the day when hidden thoughts shall be searched out.
Yusufali: The Day that (all) things secret will be tested,
فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ ﴿۱۰﴾
Qarib: when he will be helpless, with no supporter.
Sarwar: he will have no power, nor anyone to help him.
Shakir: He shall have neither strength nor helper
Pickthall: Then will he have no might nor any helper.
Yusufali: (Man) will have no power, and no helper.
وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ ﴿۱۱﴾
Qarib: By the sky with its returning rain,
Sarwar: By the rotating heavens
Shakir: I swear by the raingiving heavens,
Pickthall: By the heaven which giveth the returning rain,
Yusufali: By the Firmament which returns (in its round),
وَالْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ ﴿۱۲﴾
Qarib: and by the earth bursting with vegetation;
Sarwar: and the replenishing earth,
Shakir: And the earth splitting (with plants);
Pickthall: And the earth which splitteth (with the growth of trees and plants)
Yusufali: And by the Earth which opens out (for the gushing of springs or the sprouting of vegetation),-
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ ﴿۱۳﴾
Qarib: this is indeed a Decisive Word,
Sarwar: the Quran is the final word,
Shakir: Most surely it is a decisive word,
Pickthall: Lo! this (Qur'an) is a conclusive word,
Yusufali: Behold this is the Word that distinguishes (Good from Evil):
وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ ﴿۱۴﴾
Qarib: it is not a jest.
Sarwar: and it is certainly not a jest.
Shakir: And it is no joke
Pickthall: It is no pleasantry.
Yusufali: It is not a thing for amusement.
إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا ﴿۱۵﴾
Qarib: They are cunningly devising,
Sarwar: They (disbelievers) plot every evil plan,
Shakir: Surely they will make a scheme,
Pickthall: Lo! they plot a plot (against thee, O Muhammad)
Yusufali: As for them, they are but plotting a scheme,
وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا ﴿۱۶﴾
Qarib: and I am cunningly devising.
Sarwar: but I too plan against them.
Shakir: And I (too) will make a scheme
Pickthall: And I plot a plot (against them).
Yusufali: And I am planning a scheme.
فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا ﴿۱۷﴾
Qarib: Therefore respite the unbelievers, and delay them for a while.
Sarwar: Give respite to the disbelievers and leave them alone for a while.
Shakir: So grant the unbelievers a respite: let them alone for a
Pickthall: So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal thou gently with them for a while.
Yusufali: Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile).
