In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful | | بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
by the fig and the olive! (1) | | وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ ﴿1﴾ |
and the mount, sinai, (2) | | وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ﴿2﴾ |
and this safe country (mecca)! (3) | | وَهَذَا الْبَلَدِ الْأَمِينِ ﴿3﴾ |
indeed, we created the human with the fairest stature (4) | | لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ ﴿4﴾ |
and we shall return him to the lowest of the low, (5) | | ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَاهُ أَسْفَلَ سَافِلِينَ ﴿5﴾ |
except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. (6) | | إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ ﴿6﴾ |
so, what then shall belie you concerning the recompense? (7) | | فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّينِ ﴿7﴾ |
is allah not the most just of judges! (8) | | أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ ﴿8﴾ |
