بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
به نام خداوند رحمتگر مهربان
اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
﴿۱﴾
Read in the name of your Lord Who created (۱)
خَلَقَ الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ
﴿۲﴾
He created man from a clot (۲)
اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ
﴿۳﴾
Read and your Lord is Most Honorable, (۳)
الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ
﴿۴﴾
Who taught (to write) with the pen (۴)
عَلَّمَ الْإِنْسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ
﴿۵﴾
Taught man what he knew not (۵)
كَلَّا إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَيَطْغَى
﴿۶﴾
Nay! man is most surely inordinate, (۶)
أَنْ رَآهُ اسْتَغْنَى
﴿۷﴾
Because he sees himself free from want (۷)
إِنَّ إِلَى رَبِّكَ الرُّجْعَى
﴿۸﴾
Surely to your Lord is the return (۸)
أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يَنْهَى
﴿۹﴾
Have you seen him who forbids (۹)
عَبْدًا إِذَا صَلَّى
﴿۱۰﴾
A servant when he prays? (۱۰)
