O thou wrapped up (in the mantle)! (۱)

Arise and deliver thy warning! (۲)

And thy Lord do thou magnify! (۳)

And thy garments keep free from stain! (۴)

And all abomination shun! (۵)

Nor expect, in giving, any increase (for thyself)! (۶)

But, for thy Lord's (Cause), be patient and constant! (۷)

Finally, when the Trumpet is sounded, (۸)

That will be- that Day - a Day of Distress,- (۹)

Far from easy for those without Faith. (۱۰)
