بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
به نام خداوند رحمتگر مهربان
يس
﴿۱﴾
Ya Sin. (۱)
وَالْقُرْآنِ الْحَكِيمِ
﴿۲﴾
By the wise Qur'an, (۲)
إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
﴿۳﴾
Lo! thou art of those sent (۳)
عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
﴿۴﴾
On a straight path, (۴)
تَنْزِيلَ الْعَزِيزِ الرَّحِيمِ
﴿۵﴾
A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful, (۵)
لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَا أُنْذِرَ آبَاؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَافِلُونَ
﴿۶﴾
That thou mayst warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. (۶)
لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
﴿۷﴾
Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. (۷)
إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلَالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الْأَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُقْمَحُونَ
﴿۸﴾
Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked. (۸)
وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَاهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ
﴿۹﴾
And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. (۹)
وَسَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنْذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
﴿۱۰﴾
Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not, it is alike for them, for they believe not. (۱۰)
