And the day when it shines in brightness, (۲)

And the creating of the male and the female, (۳)

Your striving is most surely (directed to) various (ends) (۴)

Then as for him who gives away and guards (against evil), (۵)

And accepts the best, (۶)

We will facilitate for him the easy end (۷)

And as for him who is niggardly and considers himself free from need (of Allah), (۸)

And rejects the best, (۹)

We will facilitate for him the difficult end (۱۰)

And his wealth will not avail him when he perishes (۱۱)
