Which will neither fatten nor avail against hunger (۷)

(Other) faces on that day shall be happy, (۸)

Well-pleased because of their striving, (۹)

In a lofty garden, (۱۰)

Wherein you shall not hear vain talk (۱۱)

Therein is a fountain flowing, (۱۲)

Therein are thrones raised high, (۱۳)

And drinking-cups ready placed, (۱۴)

And cushions set in a row, (۱۵)

And carpets spread out (۱۶)
