Sura 79: AN-NAZIAT (THOSE WHO DRAG FORTH) - Juz' 30 - Translation Qarib
تَتْبَعُهَا الرَّادِفَةُ
﴿۷﴾
followed by the succeeding, (7)
قُلُوبٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاجِفَةٌ
﴿۸﴾
hearts will throb on that Day (8)
أَبْصَارُهَا خَاشِعَةٌ
﴿۹﴾
and their eyes will be humbled. (9)
يَقُولُونَ أَإِنَّا لَمَرْدُودُونَ فِي الْحَافِرَةِ
﴿۱۰﴾
They say: 'What, are we being restored as we were before, (10)
أَإِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا نَخِرَةً
﴿۱۱﴾
even after we are fragmented bones? ' (11)
قَالُوا تِلْكَ إِذًا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌ
﴿۱۲﴾
They will say: 'Then we are returned lost! ' (12)
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
﴿۱۳﴾
But it will be only a single blow, (13)
فَإِذَا هُمْ بِالسَّاهِرَةِ
﴿۱۴﴾
and they will be upon the surface of the earth (alive). (14)
هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَى
﴿۱۵﴾
Have you received the story of Moses? (15)
إِذْ نَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى
﴿۱۶﴾
His Lord called to him in the Sacred Valley of Towa, (16)
