|
وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٍ
﴿۱۰۱﴾
Nor a true friend; (101)
فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
﴿۱۰۲﴾
But if we could but once return, we would be of the believers (102)
إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
﴿۱۰۳﴾
Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe (103)
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
﴿۱۰۴﴾
And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful (104)
كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
﴿۱۰۵﴾
The people of Nuh rejected the messengers (105)
إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
﴿۱۰۶﴾
When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? (106)
إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
﴿۱۰۷﴾
Surely I am a faithful messenger to you; (107)
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
﴿۱۰۸﴾
Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me (108)
وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
﴿۱۰۹﴾
And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: (109)
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
﴿۱۱۰﴾
So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me (110)
